Abstract We know that suicide is preventable, yet hundreds of thousands people still die due to every year. Many interventions were proven be effective, and dozens others showed promising results. However, translating these into new settings brings several challenges. One the crucial obstacles success not anticipating possible barriers implementation nor enhancing benefits factors facilitating implementation. While we witnessed great support for prevention activities globally in past years, are comprehensively mapped help worldwide. This scoping review maps current knowledge on facilitators while using Consolidated Framework Implementation Research (CFIR) classification. included 64 studies. Barriers most commonly identified outer setting CFIR domain, namely sub-domain patient needs resources, which refers way resources reflected by reviewed interventions.
